I am an Information Management Specialist and Solutions Engineer (BE Hons, Mechanical) driving digital transformation across the construction and infrastructure sectors globally. My career began with hands-on engineering, giving me a practical foundation that now informs my work in data strategy, AI-enabled solutions, and digital transformation.

Leading the Information Management and advisory offering on a £1B framework of national significance with one of the largest UK construction groups. Acting as the core subject matter expert for ISO 19650, CDE implementations, and innovation opportunities, alongside modern workflows.
- Leading strategic Information Management advisory, driving ISO 19650 compliance and digital best practices within a technologically-constrained environment.
- Partnering with internal leadership and client stakeholders to uncover operational pain points, demonstrating tangible ROI of modernised Information Management practices.
- Engineered a solution utilising open-weight Vision Language Models (llama.cpp, Python) to parse unstructured data from legacy engineering drawings, achieving 90%+ accuracy and identifying projected savings of 7,000 hours.
- Developed an Information Management standards ontology harnessing local LLM embedding models to evaluate semantic similarity between ISO 19650 and other standards, actively constructing an MCP server for clause retrieval.
- Streamlined spatial data transformation workflows for internal digital twin product team using Python, efficiently structuring, validating, and preparing complex geographic data pipelines.
Senior Asset Data Consultant (Contract) Water Utilities
Partnered with capital delivery teams to embed data requirements into a c.£150M annual programme, positioning Information Management solutions directly into procurement and publishing ISO 19650-aligned Asset Information Requirements. Led a team of three analysts and a wider digital delivery team to define and implement new Information Management standards.
- Redefined the end-to-end asset Information Management strategy, aligning core enterprise systems (Maximo, GIS, SharePoint) to establish a trusted "single source of truth."
- Provided strategic data mapping and standardisation advice to the Department of Internal Affairs during the national water reform programme, guiding data amalgamation to enable sector-wide digital change.
- Architected a performant ETL pipeline solution (Python, Polars, S3, Redshift), migrating and transforming 3 million+ asset records to run a day-long legacy process in under 30 minutes.
- Implemented robust data quality initiatives, using composite keys in Polars to identify and orchestrate the removal of over 4,000 duplicated asset records, cleansing a c.£12B asset portfolio and mitigating a c.£0.5B-£1B financial risk.
- Led a cross-sector working group to develop a national data standard for the NZ water industry, delivering a complete open-source Python solution that reduced manual data setup by over 90%.
